Green scheme gathers pace - Yorkshire Heat Pumps

Yorkshire Heat Pumps has been in the online press again this week commenting on the story so far as domestic RHI celebrates its first birthday.

Business Daily picked up on our observations on the scheme as we explored the technology winners and losers in the first year and how that landscape is set to change in the year ahead.

Tariff changes are an important driver as biomass loses some of its shine for the domestic market, but it still pays for larger properties. 

Interest in ground source heat pumps is growing and for us at least this is the dominant technology in 2015, whereas the emphasis was very much on biomass last year.
